Overview

This website is operated by Hearthfield Coffee Co. ("Hearthfield", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

Products

We describe our coffees as accurately as we can, including roast level, origin and decaffeination method where available. Coffee is an agricultural product, so flavor can vary slightly between harvests and roasts, and product photos are illustrative. Caffeine content in half caff and decaf coffee depends on the beans and how you brew; decaf coffee contains a small amount of caffeine. Nothing on this site is medical advice; if you need to limit caffeine for health reasons, please consult your doctor.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Accounts and information

You agree to provide accurate, current information when you place an order and to keep your account details secure.

Intellectual property

The Hearthfield name, logo, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to Hearthfield Coffee Co. and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hearthfield is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
