Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum spend. We currently ship to US addresses only, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Roasted to order

Your coffee is roasted after you place your order, so it reaches you fresh rather than sitting in a warehouse. We aim to roast and ship every order within 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Most US deliveries arrive within a few business days of shipping, depending on your location and the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your coffee arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund as described in our refund policy.
